Pep brand terrible service

The worst customer experience received from pep as a brand, drove to the pep store in Pavillion last week to apply for credit. Took the cashier assisting me almost an hour to scan all the documents necessary to apply for credit only to find out when I call after 2 days of applying, all the pages scanned were cut in half. Incorrectly scanned by the cashier. I keep calling pep on *** to find out what's happening with my application. I was then told to scan the documents on my own and was sent the credit application to fill in, I sent through all info 4 times and still have no success. I am keep being told that they didn't receive it. I am willing to go right to the top with this as this is pathetic service for a customer.
