Pep Boardwalk Clothing

I bought an Aux cable at PEP in Boardwalk opposite Shoprite Richards Bay a week ago. Before I reached the door I went back and asked for the warranty and the lady said 6 months. I left and in 3 days the cable broke by the pin. I took back the cable with the box after plus minus 10 days due to work, I stood by the queue and when I got to the till the cashier said they can't help me without a slip. I said I wasn't told that and beside how would I know that the cable would break. She called another lady... Zanele who rudely said... If you don't have slip we can't help you and she left me standing without hearing my side. I left. Firstly she didn't tell me the warranty on POS, Secondly she did not do OBF with me. Please assist I can't use a cable its broken within 3 days. I had the box she would have went to their system, scan and check the purchase date and reprint a slip. I have worked in bigger retail like PEP you are able to check on when the thing was purchased and print the slip and help customer that is called customer service at its best and its gives you a good referral. I need a new cable.
