Pep bishop lavis bad service

Ive would like to lay an complaint against the manageress of pep stores bishop lavis me and my kids visited pep today like we always do regulary as i came in the shop i had a zip top on i asked my kids to stand infront of the door amd wait for me i came in the shop the person who was working on the floor acused me of having pjs on and sed i cant gi in the shoo but i didnt have pjs on tje tot i had on was a thick top with a zip she acused me infront of the customers didbt even greet just sed im sleeping in a jacket so a went to the manager and told her i di t sleep in the jacket im wering of wi h they acusing me off she shouted from behind the counter amd sed i cant come in the shop as a regular customer im very upset becos of this they humiliated me infront of other customers aswell tje manager didnt come and speak to me properly she shouted from where she was standing this is so wrong cos every seci d day im in that shop and the rest of the staff k ow my face becose i always shop there the manager dint even know her customers cos shes in her office the whole day tbe rest of the staff knows me well but shee dint k ow her custimers she never have a smille on her face always grumpy dont greet the customers alwasy becos im a regular there i noticed all of that please im very angry becos i was going to make a laybye for my kids then i just walked out becos of this shio service. Help and please get back to me you have a customer careline but tje numbers dont work so how bad is this also.
