Pep Birchleigh North bad customer service

I bought earphones today,which turned out to be faulty,when you play them for more than 10 minutes they stop working,when I tried returning them the staff gave me an attitude and was told I can't return them. I also did a lay-bye of clothes last year and lost the receipt,when I tried to get my money back,I was told I can't get it cause I lost the receipt,till today I can't get my money back
