PEP BETHLEHEM STAFF MEMBER SHOUTS AT CLIENT

I have never received such inappropriate behavior from staff, I was at the PEP store in Bethlehem, the store was full of customers as they were queuing for Grant monies , Me as a customer browsing through the part of the shop that was not occupied by the line got shouted at from the staff that was cleaning the floor. MEVROU METSI ! My response was where should I be walking ? her response was WAT!!?

I do not support shops that handle clients this way as it is unacceptable, who gives you the right to shout and then in other languages? I do suggest that if the staff of PEP has a problem doing their job, they must rather not be there and appoint people that don't mind working, aswell as cleaning the shop before and after clients has left.
