The worst service I have ever got despite shopping with them for more than 14 years,. I went to PEP Bethlehem st Rustenburg to do a lay-buy , upon arriving I was requested to provide my Identity Document to capture my details and my contacts also, I paid more than10 percent and got provided with a till slip that "Fades letters". I went home but as I get back to re-pay my lay-by the slip had faded letters so I suggested a cash back, The manager told me that I'm commiting ***** to want my money back. She said I must go to the police station and do an affidavit to request my money back 😩, I insisted to take an item at the store with that money but still they said they can't give me any item without affidavit 😭 I will be commiting *****. I asked the manager why did you capture my Identity Document before then use it, she continued to be rude to me and told me tog Go to the Social media as I suggested and talk about their **** , it will help others know that pep is a ****. I just want my money back guarantee, I was not informed that I will have to go to police station if I want an item with the lay-buy money or a cash back. They are ****ming more people of their hard earned money. I would like to get a government auditor to go to them and check the amount of money they make by withholding the customers lay-by 💰 money.
