PEP BALFOUR PARK IS THE MOST DISGUSTING SHOP

Numerous times have i visited that branch because I live in the neighbourhood and not once have I been impressed. The staff in that shop are the most disgusting human beings in terms of their attitude towards customers and the shop in general. <br> No customer service is ever given. No greeting upon engagement with the cashiers and when you make the effort to greet them, there is no response. Definite fail in terms of UBUNTU. This are basic values one carries from home, so they should automatically fall into one's character at work. The screaming is even worse, one would swear we are in a shebeen. I understand a person being loud, but there's a thin line when they are being plain rude. They talk amongst themselves across the whole shop which disturbs one's shopping experience.<br> Worst of all is them cleaning while the shop is still open and leaving dirt piles across the shop. It's disgusting and unhygenic. If you are going to sweep just clean up at once and finish.<br> That shop is a disaster and an insult to not just the brand but us customers too who support it.<br> <br> The shop manager is worse, as I did lay a complaint there once and she could not be bothered.<br>
