Pep bad service and more

I had a lay-by with Pep cell Trade Route Mall,due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel my lay-by with them. The supervisor of the store told me that I cannot cancel the lay-by unless there's a funeral/death and even so I would have to produce a death certificate. I don't know what's between them insulting my intelligence or them exposing their stupidity and desperation to keep target sales. The terms and conditions are clearly listed on the till slip they provide. This is a clear violation of my consumer rights and will do everything in my power to spread the word for bad service till they shut down.
