pep bad service

<p>I bought my phone SAMSUNG z2 at pep without knowing the sales person never explained to me anything about this phone.oy to find out that for me its not compitable and the bettery doesn't last even 2 hours its hadly a month but already they say i mst bring it for repairs.when i take it for repair wat am i goin to use?the phone it becomes hot u cant even put it on your ear.i dont want my money i want another phone that i wil be happy about and be explained how ot works and its apps.i bought this phone on 06/10/2016 and they sales people tel me stories.I want a compitable phone that all.</p>
