pep bad service

<p>Hello peter pep store in meadowlands is giving me problems.i bought a phone like i stated before.on the 26 after writting to you i got a call from a lady i cant recall her name she told me they would exchange my phone the following day when i went to pep they still gave me ran arounds.I dont want they phone anymore i want my money.please help me</p>
