Pep and Standardbank pls help me to get my refund

Good day I bought a phone at Pep game center in Polokwane , when am busy doing transactions they were having network problem until last transactions went through so 2mr when am home I got a message that shows 3 payments were made at Pep for same cellphone that I bought, so I went to the store to complain,they told me to reverse the money I must go to the bank(standardbank) I went there ,they sent me back again to Pep telling me that finance DPT (Pep) they must send them an email for them to reverse so am tired of going up and down can I kindly get assistance from both (PEP and Standardbank) to get my money bank plssssss. My cell no is +***4 for incase they want to assist me.Thank u
