Pep and pexi bad service

I send a parcel thru paxi at the pep store in Benoni one of their employees send my parcel to the incorrect location and I’m told I have to wait for 14 days for the parcel to return to the Benoni branch of which is time I don’t have. I’m not happy with the service as it has caused inconvenience they don’t even offer a quicker alternative? It is incompetence at my expense I’m not happy at all bad service from pep and pexi .
