Pep and Paxi are *******

So a pep employee released my paxi package to an incorrect person, I am not wondering how since we use IDs to release packages and also a pin. I am so disappointed by this company no integrity they actually support theft all I am saying is I want to be refunded and I want people to know that they should never trust you. I will be opening a police case
