PEP and convenience dont mix

I made a purchase ( Layby) around December, and I misplaced my slip. I called the customer care center, and they were of no assistance. I was told to try the store. I called the store and further explained that I was not around; I just needed to find out what the balance of the layby was. I was told that there was nothing they could do. So much for the inconvenience. This is definitely my last purchase with the store.
