Pep and Associates will never deliver as promised.

These 3 companies lost my parcel which was sent by my supplier, on the 29th of November 2018. It was suppose to take 3 to 5 days according to the fee I paid. It was 2 parcels, a big bag with most of the products and a small bag with what couldn't fit on the big bag. The small bag arrived on the 10th December 2018, with a few and my products sell in combos of 3 items but the small parcel didn't have one type of the products. Now I can not do anything with the small parcel without the big one. I tried calling them many times but they keep delaying saying they'll provide me with feedback but they never do I have to call them time after time and they don't know where the parcel is. They never deliver as promised because a few weeks before that incident they took abouy 15 days to deliver a parcel that was suppose to take atleast 5 days.

I still want my parcel and wish to sue them for all the lost business. Original point was Ladybrand and destination is Durban Queen Street.

I once lost a R1000 through sending money with Pep maybe this is happening because I already hate them with all my heart. They provide poor service and poor system of work.
