PEP Amanzimtoti Bad customer service!!!

Wow Wow Wow what pathetic service I just received from Pep Amanzimtoti ....We bought a pair of shoes there and it didn't fit the person we bought it for so we went to exchange them and they didn't have what he wanted so we asked for our money back. We were told sorry we can't give you your money back which was pathetic because we didn't like anything else in that store. While I was talking to the lady called Charlene she was so rude and said next customer please while I was still busy with her. Worst customer service ever would not recommend them to anyone.
