PEP ALWAYS OFFLINE IN NEW BRIGHTON

PEP Store | Shop 4, Super Spar Centre, Sheya Kulati Road, New Brighton, Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape, is always offline not a single day are they online. My question is why the 3rd parties never concern themselves when situations like these happen in the neighborhood stores.
