Pep Alberton unhelpful, rude, non caring

Pep Alberton - I bought a phone 5 days ago brand new and it just stopped working, not dropped, perfect condition. The box is in Durban, I am in JHB yet all the stickers are still on it and they would not stop it. Rude staff.. I need it for work too. They wouldnt even allow me extra time to courir the box back to swap t out. Hi Sense, dont buy one especially from Pep!
