PEP AIRPORT MALL.. Manager Deidre

I was at the Pep branch in Belhar Airport mall today. I was disgusted with the customer service by the manager. had a problem with my Pep money card and informed the manager she said can't she assist me. I must call them(PEP). Why do Pep have phones if they can't call their own services and put the customer through????? while manager assisted me she was talking with other people and doing her own thing while talking to me and explained again that I must call Pep. I was said to go to Absa bank , went to Absa Bank they informed me to go to PEP (Running around). I have saved money in the PEP money account but unable to retrieve.... Am totally disgusted with PEP
