I paid R500 last month via EFT and when I call Pep just now to ask about the balance the amount is still the same as last month and they are telling me about the arrears which they were part of that R1533 before I paid last month. These people are ****mers because how came I pay R500 last month and still the amount is the same.

Can you please assist me when I'm done paying them I want to close the account.
