PEP account department

This is to the accounting department. i have being following up since 20NOV25

I made 2 payments in July R500 and again R876.01 on the 27/07/2025 Only the R500 was allocated. i have sending my POP for the R876.01 to please be allocated and nothing!!! Now iam being called and give attitude that i MUST pay outstanding amount. So please find my lost payment and allocate it. this account is paid up. now in arrears for something that you did not do.
