Pep Account Card Replacement

My mom lost her PEP account card, only for her to be told that she needs to get an affidavit etc to the store. MONTHS have passed and still the Odendaalsrus branch cannot give us a new one. She is elderly and cannot spend a day in a store. This is terrible.
