Pep account

Very disappointed with PEP Accounts. I have always paid my account on time and I have proof of every payment I made. Every PEP employee I spoke to told me that I could pay ANY amount as long as I keep paying my account. Now suddenly I am being told I must pay a specific amount, which was NEVER explained to me before.

If this was the rule from the beginning, customers should be told clearly and honestly. I always tried my best to pay and keep my account up to date, so this is very unfair and frustrating. Bad communication and poor customer service.
