Pep Account

I have a Pep Account and by mistake I chose the option to decrease my credit limit this was via the whatsapp channel. I requested assistance to please change the account back to the original limit and nobody wants to assist me. I will not pay the installment until this is rectified. I know it can be done and the service I received was not good.
