I have never encountered such terrible service, Up until today my issue was never resolved my credit limit was never changed to the amount I was granted I advised them after making payment last year that they need to reverse the error of the credit limit as this was a option on whatsapp and the wrong option was choosen. You cannot tell me such a big company cannot fix such a minor mistake. Upon numerous calls and emails this was not resolved and I informed them I do not mind paying the outstanding balance as long as my credit is changed back to the amount I signed for. No one seems to help with this. Dont bother opening a pep account.
