PEP ******

I went to Pep Taxi City in Newcastle and upon entering you are told to leave your goods in their parcel counter and I was given a tag so that I could collect my parcel when I'm done, of which I did and I then proceeded to do my shopping, within 10min I was done and I went to collect my parcel, I gave them my tag/ticket and I was told that my stuff was gone, and there was someone else's parcel in my spot. they even insinuated that I had picked up the tag on the floor. None of the shop assistant could explain what happened to my parcel, I stood at that shop for 3 hours with no help from anyone, I left because it was getting late and the last bus was about to leave. They did not even bother to take my contact details incase my goods were found. I was very by their service and I don't think that I will ever set my foot at that Pep store again. I will advice people to not leave their goods at their parcel counter because clearly the shop assistant give them away, because they are the only ones who have access to them.
