pep

So on Friday the 18th of Dec 2020 I went to pep in the afternoon to purchase a phone because i was ****** that morning and needed a phone so i can do a sim swap. I was assisted by a gentleman named Athanasius, that is what was written on the tag. After purchasing the phone the guy put whatever that was mine in the plastic bag and i did not not check but left. I went to have a seat somewhere so i can call vodacom to do a sim swap, they asked for some number on the simcard. When i checked the plastic bag i did not find anything regarding the simcard because the simcard normally comes with some information. There was only the phone box.

I had to go back to pep to ask what happened to the information that comes with the simcard. I found the guy and i asked him. He said to me i did not tell him i was going to do the sim swap. I made a remark that he did not ask and i asked him if the simcard was not part of the phone package. He said to me it was only for activation. I asked him then why didnt he take the simcard also after activating the phone because clearly it doesnt belong to me. The guy just looked at me.

He said he threw away the information and i had tp take out money from the pocket to purchase another sim swap.
