I couriered a parcel to Gauteng from PEP Umlazi Philani valley, using their PAXI platform on the 13Sept 2025, till today the parcel hasn't been received. upon follow up, they are telling me that the parcel has been misplaced and they are not sure when will I get it, now tell me how should I feel as a valued customer after this , mind you I need to use this parcel tomorrow 26Sep 2025!!!!
