Pep

Today I visited a Pep in Mafikeng, when I get to the store I am told that I need to use the sanitizer at the store I tell the lady at the store that I have sensitive skin so I carry my own since most of these stores use sanitizer without any labels. She refused for me to use my own so I asked her why because I am still sanitizing but the lady was just rude and didn't was not helpful. I later called the customer care just to get understanding why I couldn't use my own sanitizer and I was asked whether I had proof that I had sensitive skin. I'm just appauled by the service from Pep and no one could tell me what the problem with using my own sanitizing is because I use my own in all other stores
