PEP

I bought a cellphone at PEP, and within 3 months the phone was not working. They refuse to give back my money. PEP took the phone for repairs and have it for 5 months, i went to the shop offen and ask what is going on they reply and said I must phone the people who they deal with, because the cellphone is that companies phone. In the first place I didnt do business with that company I bought the phone from PEP.
