Good day I had a very bad customer service today at Tshwane regional mall mamelodi the service I had was very poor. My mom bought a Something for the store only to find out the product is not working and she took it back, went to the store to exchange it the manager who was help her didn't want to help him. He gave my mom bad attitude. Today I went to the store to get my refund he gave me a bad attitude and he walk away whele I was talking to him. I have called customer care till now I didn't get a reply.
