To whom it may concern I would like to raise a complaint with regards to your replacement phone. I recently lost a phone with a value of R2799 and I was told to fetch a replacement in store which I did and I was told that Honor x6c is nolonger available as a foneyam, a lady named Sinazo gave an option of Sumsang A07 with a value of R2699, however I wasn't so happy about it and I've asked about the remaining R100, she then told me there nothing that can be done. And off cause I was desperate for a phone I took it. On the till I was asked to buy R10 airtime for activation and I did and given an airtime receipt.

I then went back to work did everything I was told to do, on the same day I noticed the phone has a funny sound and I couldn't return it because I was at work. Then the taxi strike started as we couldn't travel. Today I attempted to return the phone back the office was closed around 9:30am then I went to Pep store in Middastad Mall as they were willing to assist the didn't have
