Pay joy gives no joy service

I am totally disgusted by the service received at Pep cell in Vangate Mall today. The service agent from Payjoy was totally unprofessional,rude and is bringing the company name down in all the wrong ways. We were in the store 10 minutes before closing time and she refused to help me....She had a bad attitude refused to give me a name and just said you can do what you want to I don't work for Pep and you won't get me name. In today's times sales is what keeps your doors open. This girl is in the wrong profession and an embarrassment to your brand. I am going to report this to the CEO of your company and take me concern to the media. There was another customer after me that she refused to help and she just walked out of the store.
