Pay back the money

<p>I've just returned from your store in Pimville square to return sunglasses as they looked old. And I was told that I won't get any money back I'll be issued a gift voucher.</p> <p> </p> <p>But what amazes me is that right in the middle of those sunglasses there's a tag written in bold letters "MONEY BACK GUARANTEED "</p> <p>Can someone please explain?? </p> <p>This is a copy that I've sent to you by email and got no response.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
