Paxi worse service ever never using them again

I’ve sent a parcel via paxi 2 months ago and the receiver never got the parcel, I’ve sent numerous emails one email I got was the vehicle was hijacked and I should send my details, not even one person bothered to resolve my query. I’m super disappointed and annoyed now I must spend another R600 for car papers such a pathetic service
