Paxi will not refund.

I took a parcel to Pep Fish Hoek to send to Randburg on 22 March 2020. Today is the 25th and the package has not even been collected. I called Paxi and was given a long story of nonsense. Called Pep and was told to call Paxi to cancel, then I can send it through the normal courier, at a ridiculous cost. Paxi has informed me I cannot have a refund. I did not tell the country to go into lockdown. And Paxi, uselesses, could have let us know to collect our parcels. Never again.
