Paxi: Very Bad Customer Service

They deserve no stars at All. Their Paxi Customer service is very appalling. I really don’t understand why i have to call multiple times asking about a delivery of my parcel and all i keep getting is apologies and “we have escalated the matter to the courier who has your parcel”, the parcel arrived a week ago but they can’t deliver… bhod nini shame.
