PAXI & PEPHOME

Unfortunately there's no Star which is below 1 that I can give because the service I've received from PEP and PAXI disgusting to say the least.. A package which was meant to take 7 working days the most because it was sent on the 31st of January 2024 and today in the 15th February 2024, the parcel still has not arrived.

When I did a follow up on PAXI all I could get for my troubles was a "Sorry we'll look into it".

I always wonder if the people that start these business know how much we as consumers suffer after using our hard earned money because of the incompetence of their employees.

It's really sad.
