Paxi Pep is *******!!!

To whom it may concern :

My husband sent the parcel a month+ ago 25th October to be presice still theres no trace of it's where abouts. We have phoned Paxi Call Centre numerous times to the maximum they promise us an SMS all the time we call. Your Pep store manager at The Wheel Durban is also not helping out at all .... My husbands info was used sending the parcel ? Nshimba T****ende ********** 424 ********** Pep 8790 Durban T ********** 1974

Please sort this out it's really out of control that is a parcel with some medication for an elderly lady....your staff in this store is very Useless & ***********....

The last and most Frustrating & Annoying is us being called by a lady from PAXI called Zimkhitha this week on Wednesday the 28th and she assures us that the parcel will be delivered yesterday on Frid 30th Nov at the Pep Flagstaff Store and we will receive an SMS....That still has not happened till now & today is 1st Dec your services are really DISGUSTING PAXI!!!!!!?

I'm taking this issue to Facebook & Black Twitter I hope you understand what that means!? I need an explanation about this today.....
