PAXI Pep delivery service sucks

I am so disappointed in pep PAXI service. My parcel was sent on the 18th October and it never arrived. It is the 11th November and they still can't answer me as to why it was never picked up from the store.... Ai shame I will never bother myself with using pep PAXI for my parcel
