Paxi Pep courier Company Bad service ever!!!

When the introduced this courier service I thought it was a great idea but I started sending staff with them and receiving small parcels from my family, but its just a nightmare am now waiting for a parcel that was sent from Mpumalanga Belfast two weeks ago when tracking the parcel it shows that it was delivered a week ago but they still haven't scanned it worse service ever from Mpumalanga to Pretoria really its like you waiting for a parcel from China.Bad bad service very bad! It happens every time we use this courier company you have to fight n fight to get your parcels.
