Paxi - pathetic service

"Your Paxi service is pathetic, why pay R100 for the "faster service" if a parcel takes longer to reach the destination than your R50 option? Your tracking site is a joke, seems only updated once a week. 3x parcels sent from P0783 to P6418 on the same day (time) 2 already collected 1 still in transit. All 3 R100 option. Is this how you ***** from your customers? 3-4 business days? what a joke.
