PAXI Parcel ****** @ PEPHOME VRYHEID HIGH STREET

A Parcel D*** sent to PEPHOME VRYHEID HIGH STREET was found with a hole on the PAXI bag. The contents of the bag ******. Pephome is claiming the bag must have arrived like that.Really!!! Why was it accepted if that was true. It took an Elderly Granny to observe that the bag had been tempered with when she came to collect,not Pephome employees. This is dispecable behaviour by all parties involved,from the Paxi service to Pephome VHD. This service is meant to assist the poor, not still from them.
