Paxi parcel not delivered

D**********73 I have been waiting for this parcel for almost 2 months ! Every time I call , I’m being told there is no waybill number . The consultants drops the calls as they’re unable to help . I would request to speak to a manager and alway being told that they are in a meeting . I have never experienced such pathetic service in my life . My parcel is worth R700 and nobody is saying anything about compensation. I think this parcel has definitely been lost by Paxi . I keep getting the same information that someone will get back to me yet nobody does
