Paxi parcel lost, no assistance from the store

Horrible experience at Pep Home Festival mall, cashiers loosing my Paxi parcel over a month ago, nothing has been done by the manager or the area manager that I don't have access to! I'm really disappointed at their service. Pep needs to train their staff members better...no warning given to the specific cashier, she continues working as if nothing happens. She never offered me insurance whilst assisting me with the parcel...who knows what happened to my parcel? No cameras at their store, telephones not working, no one contacted me, I'm driving up and down to the store for assistance!!!
