PAXI parcel delivery 7 days past due date

What's going on with PAXI delivery dates. I was supposed to pick my parcel up at PEP on the 10th of November, according to PAXI delivery date. Now the Manager at PEP says it might only arrive on the 16th. 7 to 9 days delivery is now 7 to 16 days delivery. The get told by the snotty Manager I MUST contact PAXI because of my parcels no delivery yet. EXCUSE ME? She is the manager of PEP.. PEP and PAXI have arrangements, THEREFORE PEP and it's appointed Managers are responsible for following up on late delivery, not the client. Please try to train your managers better @PEP.
