PAXI NEVER AGAIN

My sister in Harrismith Free State sent a PEP Paxi on 19 August. She paid R120 to have it delivered to PEP at Brackenfell Hypermarket between 3 to 5 days. On sunday 29 august I phoned the customer careline as I had not received any sms. The lady informed me because the PEP at Hypermarket is under renovation the parcel went back to the cape town courier HUB. she also indicated that she will email them to drop the package off on Monday 30 August at the Shoe city at Brackenfell Hypermarket. I phone now 11:50 Tuesday, 31 August 2021 and the lady at shoe city said there was no package for me and if I did not receive an sms she cannot assist. Almost two weeks later and I am still waiting....I will never again make use of this service.
