PAXI is pathetic!!!!

My cousin went to PEP to send me a parcel through Paxi and the cashier didn't mention anything about paying insurance, now my parcel was ****** in the courier vehicle and no one is willing to help me. That parcels contained clothes worth more than R4000. I wonder why PEP hires staff without training them. I am going to open a police case against them. 😡😡😡😡😡
