PAXI is not safe

Hi I had a very bad experience about Pep Paxi. I've been using Paxi for as long I could remember but this time the crew from Soweto Ndofaya branch PEP (P6535) decided to stole my parcel.I sent someone to drop a parcel for me on the 2nd of November and he did.He sent me a proof of a drop off parcel message,So today I checked my parcel online and to my surprise the status of the parcel was 'missing'.I then panicked and called the Paxi call centre.They said the parcel was collected by someone at the very same store it was sent from.And I asked them how can they give someone a parcel without ID or slip, How is that possible.So the cahier said she took the number of the lady who came and claim the parcel because she wanted the closure,the closure from my parcel.I want my weaves.I want my Parcel. I wouldn't advice anyone to use PAXI it's not safe.I am very angry.
