Paxi is an unreliable courier company

I sent a parcel with Paxi on the 8th of April, that same Friday kzn was hit by the floods. Paxi only picked up my Parcel on the 11th after that weekend. My parcel has still not been delivered and they say it was affected by the floods??? How was it affected when it was picked up after the floods. As a small business I've lost my JHB customer base because of this senseless carelessness done by paxi. I will never again use their service. I've been calling their call center everyday and each consultant gives me a new lie. I've never experienced such a horrible service in my life.
